There is a MX3B Perazzi 28 in. bbls and drop out trigger for sale at my club. Owner only shot skeet with it as he has a Briley matched weight tubes for it. Was this an original Bunker gun? I could not find any related threads about the MX3B. All I could find for sale were MX3 singls bbls. Thanks in advance

My old Perazzi catalog lists the MX3B as an Olympic Trap gun with a flat 11x11 rib and barrel lengths of 750 or 800 mm which is 29 1/2 or 31 1/2 inches and not 28 inch barrels.

It's the flat rib version of the MX-3.

Your 28" barrel is actually 27-5/8". Some factory slot ported barrel are Tula choked. (The choke some Russian skeet shooter won Olympics with #10 shots in the '70s)

Price was 4500.00 But no Perazzi case. It does have the Briley tube case however. My thought was to use as a backup doubles gun plus some sporting clay/skeet to fool around with. Is it adependable gun like most Perazzis? I know from research it's not a MX8 quality but I feel it would be a decent deal as long as it looks as good as the pictures. Does anyone shoot doubles with short barrels chocked full and full?

Sounds a little priciy to me. The tubes at about a grand and the gun might be worth $2500. These are not very good in comparisons to a true MX tyre gun.

Do you think an offer of $3800 would be more in line? I forgot to mention it also has a repair kit with it. Thanks for the replies.
