They taught us in marketing that there should be something unique in your approach. You nailed it. Good job. And a matching email address. Priceless.

I didn't say good approach. I said unique. You have to admit that the "don't bother me unless you want to buy sight unseen for an undisclosed sum" approach is pretty unique. Throw in the "Bulleys" email and it is priceless. No I didn't say effective, I just said priceless.

Gary may just have have too many tire kickers lately, it happens. 6 years ago I ran an add for my John Deere @ $46,000. An old guy in worn out bib overalls, worn out shoes and driving a beat up pickup that looked like it was worn out long ago showed up at my place to look at it. He talked my leg off about everything but the tractor and I took the attitude that he was a tire kicker so I told him so. He went to his car and came back with an old shoe box. He opened the lid and it was full of $100 bills. He then proceeded to tell me where to shove my frickin John Deere. Later at the local pub I was telling the story at the bar ( small town where everyone knew everyone). My buddy says, yeah old Herman got pissed and bought a brand new one same day. He owns most of the farm land around here. They say he is worth over 100 million. I learned a great and valuable lesson. Never pre qualify your buyer becuase you never know who he or she is and what they have by their looks or their personality. I have bought from Gary and he is an ok guy, cut him some slack
