The wife just brought home some Murphy's Soap wet wipes she found at the grocery store . She thought they would be good to throw in the range bag.

Anybody try these on their stocks ? With summer coming on, seems like a good item to keep in the range bag. A quick wipe down after a day of shooting in the heat should keep the stocks from building up grime .

I thought I would pass it along . No, I'm not related to the company...

No problem for your stocks. Many years ago my Corporation bought Murphy's and we gave them R&D support. Good products with safe formulas.

I use it to clean all my wood furniture and wood cabinets. Just used it on the wood in the rv.

Usually carry something like that ( wet wipes, baby wipes etc ) for cleaning my hands after shooting I put the gun back into the case, secure my empty hulls and before I close my trunk I use a wet one to clean my hands. Handy to carry and last a long time. Never thought about wiping the stock, but do have a silicone wipe in a sealed bag for when it rains and the gun gets wet,I wipe the entire thing, wood and all.
