He lives another day and unjustly ends his career in the Superbowl. Money can just about buy you out of anything today.

Ray and two "Associates" were involved in an "Altercation" after the last Super Bowl held in Atlanta...Two Locals ended up Stabbed to death...Ray's "Buddies" took the Fall, and "Ray The Knife" lived to play another day...I have NO RESPECT for him either as a Player or as a human being...FWIW....Mike S.

He took a plea bargain, ratted on his friends and got probation. I hope the Niners kick his ass!

He also had an "out of court" settlement for an "undisclosed amount" to the famileies of the murder victim. Big story a couple of weeks ago in the ATL papaer. Now he's the NFL "Darling".

And the media focuses on him like he's the second coming! When the "incident" happened I thought for sure he was gone. There was testimony putting a knife in his hands, but he walked. And now he's the media darling and posterboy....To me he's no better than OJ. Bill

I too have no respect for this man, he was as guilty as the other 2 guys, it's funny how his white suit he was wearing that nite was never found, just show's that with alot of money you can get out of anything, hopefully he'll get his day like OJ did.

Do any of you think in recent years he might have changed, turned his life around, found Christ, etc?

Well, this happened around 12-13 years ago.....that is a pretty good span. I did alot of things 12-13 years ago that I am not proud of (not to his extent), and I have changed and moved on.

I am not a huge Ray Lewis fan. I will be rooting for Jim Harbaugh and his 49ers in 2 weeks, but people do have life changing experiences and they do change.

Ray Lewis is not unlike any of the pro players of just about any sport. Remove the criminals from the game and I think few players will remain. I don’t watch many sports venues for just that reason. Even when making millions per year they remain criminals and thugs.

I am sure they are all intelligent people most have graduated collage. Says something for our higher learning system, I just don’t know what.

    Go Ravens!!!

Almost seems like a trending epidemic. Theres OJ Simpson. Plaxico Buress shoots himself in the leg with an unregisteed gun. Marshawn Lynch arrested in California with unregistered gun and marijuana in the trunk after a hit and run in Buffalo where he was a Bill. Then theres the dog killer Michael Vick. Probably more but it seems the money or whatever gets you community service or a lighter sentence where Joe Average would do serious time. ed nichols
