Mt. Morris, NY Annual Memorial Day Weekend Shoot

    Mt. Morris Sportsman's Club, 2887 Swanson Road, Mt. Morris, New York will be having it's annual ATA Memorial Day Weekend Shoot on Saturday, May 28, 2011 and Sunday, May 29, 2011.

    The program will be 200 singles (also the Club Championship) on Saturday, May 28 along with 50 pair of doubles. Sunday's program consists of 200 Handicap targets plus 50 pair of doubles. The doubles targets on both days can be shot at anytime during the day on the doubles trap.

    Entries open at 8:00 a.m. on both days with shooting starting at approximately 9:00 a.m. Singles entries and handicap entries close at noon and doubles close at 3:00 p.m. All orange white flyer targets will be thrown off of Pat-Traps. If you have never shot at our Club, the background is all trees. Cost of targets are $23.00 per hundred plus daily ATA and NYS fees.

    We will be having a special event after Saturday's singles for Sunday's Handicap event. Free food and beverages will be served.

    Breakfast and lunch will be served both days.

    Mt. Morris Sportsman's Club is located in Mt. Morris, New York, approximately 35 miles south of Rochester, New York with easy access off of Interstate I-390.

    Great day at Mt Morris today. Targets were perfect, squads ran thru smooth. Going back for handicap tomorrow.

    I was told they have close to $1500.00 in their special event. That not to bad for a small 5 trap club.
