just picked this one up yesterday. I do allot of biking in the woods, rails to trails stuff. Needed something smaller and lighter than my Ruger Bearcat. NAA Black Widow 22 magnum. Got some really hot ammo for it too...

Slugo, Is your Bearcat one of the originals? Post a pic please. I lost my original bought in 1964 in a fire and my replacement in a flood. Plan to get another as soon as hurricane and tornado season is over...:)Easy to find at most large gun shows.

Hi Bob...This Vern lives in Pa. I'm sure if there is a Vern in Co. He must be one heck of a nice guy to share the name.

here are a few more from NAA. I especially like the one in the middle which is called the Earl. It's patterned off an old black powder Colt Navy revolver...

This is an aluminum frame PPK chambered in 22 LR. Made in 1968. Note that the slide sides are more slender to shed weight.

    Very accurate, and totally reliable.

Not importable now. The 1968 Gun Control Act declared these were a "cheap Saturday Night Special". So much for the law having any basis in fact.

Since this is the smallest gun I own, I have carried it when it is not possible to carry anything larger.
