Found one today! Woo-hoo! I hope it gets better. It is a little early around here but it is a early spring, in SE Wisconsin. I have heard reports of people finding them a month ago, but I did not see any in my usual areas, until today. Usually around Mother's Day is best.

Nice work on the carvings. I have worked with Whitetail antlers on various projects and it can be tricky. Those look good enough to eat to me.

Thanks! I've been doing it for about 5 years. I sell some and donate some to our local wildlife dinners, Whietails Unlimited, DU, etc.

Every antler is different to carve, that's for sure.

People are finding a few in northern Mich. Some rain and warmer weather coming. That should make 'em pop.

One of my co-workers found 10 of them last night and this morning while on his daily walk. West Central MN. He won't share them though.

Prices vary.$20 each or 2/$35 for fan pulls. $25 & up for standing ones depending on the size. There are no 2 alike. My email is kvsobwhitetails@aol.com if interested.
