Just when I was looking forward to a little global warming winter has arrived with a vengeance; -5 at 9:30 AM with -35 windchill and lots of blowing snow. Really miserable, not fit for man nor beast. The former Russian satellite of Georgia has a banana belt which hasn't had frost in 50 years. They recently had a low temp of -35C. That is around -40F. And Antartica has gained enough ice to far offset the ice loss from the north pole.

Al Gore has lied to me! Maybe he should read a little of JunkScience.com!

All the (cold) best to you, Quicky (AKA Kevin Quitberg, 3604522)

    'Former' Russian satellite.

See http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/1489 for an article about CO2 and climate change. No warmer in the last 30 minutes. KQ

Thanks for the link Quick. No global warming there.

Not in Minnesota this weekend either. Below is the temp showing on my car as I was driving into Breckenridge Sunday morning.

Kelley, did you PASS Chemistry 101? -40 Celsius is the same as -40 Fahrenheit.

Okay okay, -35C = -31F, or cold enough to keep the flies down. And Hairy, you had better be, or have some fuzzy clothes on if it is -29. Just plain cold. I was supposed to go ice fishing this AM but chickened out. Quicky

Why do you think it's called GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE now?

Too many people were on to the Global Warming scam. So now even cold weather is explained away by too much carbon.
