Go east of Billings about 75 miles and there is great goose hunting. The town of Hysham is the start and there are some guides that will help with the hunt. I don't know any guides, but I know people who use them. This is along the Yellowstone river, but mostly in the wheat fields.

Listen to rick, down town Great Falls. If not interested in dodging the pigons bombing you while you hunt geese, try freelancing in central Montana. Lots of folks will let you hunt migratory birds.
If you need a guide check with some of the big game outfitters in the eastern part of the state, many have added waterfowl to their menu. Live Well
