Can a MC trap stock be modified/cut down to a parellel/sporting/international stock? Thanks, WC

Highly unlikely. The only difference between a MC and a straight stock is that the pad is lowered. Trying to shave down the comb to match the heel of the pad would lower the comb...possibly making it too low. Also the front point of the comb would be right at the grip.

Any straight stock can be made into a MC by adding an adjustable pad and lowering the pad.

I have been shooting a lowered MC stock on a Beretta 682 skeet gun for many years. All of the step is gone, the top of the comb is even with the top of the recoil pad. I wanted a parallel comb and it was the only way available except a custom stock.
