    Anyone know the p.o.i.(60/40 etc) of a Winchester model 12 trap, 34 " barrel thanks Don

    I have seen them at 50/50-60/40-70/30-75/25,and just about any other combination you can come up with ... Because its a Model 12 does not mean it would have a certain point of impact because it could of been altered over the years ... The Model 12's I have shoot 70/30 and 75/25 because I had them altered to shoot that way ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

    There is also the variability in the distance of the cheekbone below the eye. That distance determines the height of the eye compared with the height of the rib. Take it from someone who knows - with low cheekbones, I shot over everything for years.

    Holy cow...34" barrel? I was not aware Win. made a 34" for the Mod. 12.

    poi has to be above aiming point because the back of the rib
    (especially the duckbill rib)is higher than the front bead.
