Mitchell hand thrower info needed

    Got this off of ebay thought it was rather intresting and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it like when it was made.

    Cool looking thrower - I love looking at old stuff like that. Mostly castings and machined parts and no plastic. I wonder how much that thing would cost today if made the same way. You can't even buy a bench vise today that has a quality feel even similar to an old one.
