How was the weather? I missed it for the first time since 1994 due to minor knee surgery.

Terry, If you had to miss it..you can bet the weather was the best in years. Murphy's law.

Terry, big weather change Friday. Turned cold, rained most of the day and wind to go with it. Saturday was still cold and rained second hundred. Sun came out yesterday and warmed into low 50's.

    Hi Pheasantmaster.

Thanks for the report. I looked at the radar weather map I knew it looked bad out there on Friday.

For the last 4 or 5 years the shoot ended a week earlier and they usually avoided that risky October weather. I think it is just the way the weeks were this year everyones shoot seemed a week later from the Grand on.

Last year the Fall Handicap was Sept 24 th. to Oct 2. I hope they get back to the earlier dates next year.

    Terry.
