We have been contacted recently by various consumers who had placed and paid for orders of Kemen and Rio ammunition with Mr Mike Spyker of Southern Sportsman's Supply. Please be advised that we currently have no association with Mr Spyker and would suggest that you try and make direct contact with him. We would also advise that you may want to contact an attorney if you have not received product that has been prepaid for.
Kemen Ammunition, Inc, is currently seeking to recover a substantial debt from Mr. Spyker for goods sold on account. If you have any information which could assist Kemen in this endeavor, please contact our attorney, Walden G. Housman, Jr. at wghousmanjr@netscape.net"

Hmmm... a guy gets prepaid for ammo not delivered and doesn't pay for ammo he bought. To bad "kneecapping" is out of style.

    Mr Gill,

Just as a thought and something to consider but did you seek any legal advice from your attorney before making this post on this bulletin board?

Granted what is sounds like he might have done is not dishonest and illegal but for you to come out and tell everyone and also have them contact your attorney is really bad form and I would suspect that Mr Spyker just possibly might be able to say in an open court or before that time that you have tried to tarnish his reputation and harm his financial earning potential by your public warnings and slanders on the internet.

Granted you have every right to do what you wish as he has every right to do what he wishes but sometimes everybody does things wrong as it seems that possibly both of you now might have done.

I would strongly suggest you contact your attorney and ask his advice on your posting on the internet about the situation and get his legal opinion as to whether or not it might harm your pending legal actions with Mr Spyker.
