Dave Price, Michigan's ATA Delegate, has decided to hang it up after next week's Michigan State Shoot. Dave has spent many years as a Michigan Trapshooting Association Board Member, MTA President, and ATA Delegate.

I think many shooters are unaware just how much Dave has done for the MTA. The next Delegate will have big shoes to fill.

I hope everyone takes the opportunity at the 102nd Michigan State Shoot to thank Dave for his devoted service.

    Goodbye, Dave. Thanks for everything.

I have spoke many times with Dave and have always felt he represented the very best in what we would expect from a delegate. Dave, you will be missed.

Thanks Dave for all that you've done for the MTA..and trapshooting in general.
I'm hoping you will still be shooting, and I guess I'll still have to put up with you at the Silver Dollar in the winter months...LOL....

Dave, it was a pleasure. Your unwavering integrity, common sense approach, and selfless dedication to trapshooting in Michigan will truly be missed! Although myself and I'm sure many more are sad to see you go, we understand that there is life outside of trapshooting. May you enjoy all the things you sacrificed to trapshooting over the years including family time. I wish you well in the next chapter of your life and you will always have a friend here. God bless!

People like Dave are the reason trapshooting grew so in the past....a lesson for us all.
