Bill, My son lives in Minnesota, and we got far more snow in Iowa than he did in Minneapolis.

They had a mild winter and we had a wild winter.

    Hauxfan!

Bill- You must have been playing with Photo-Shop or some odd photo program. It is clear to me that human life could not survive in such conditions. Does it really ever snow more than three inches at one time in North America? For snow to remain on the ground, the temperature must be below 32 F and such a temperature cannot be tolerated for very long by humans. As you know, our body temperature hovers around 98 F and when the air temperature is also 98 F, everything is in equilibrium.

But, if your photos are true, did you die?

Pat, Photo's are true taken just minutes before posting. We actually plowed out the club and shot a few rounds yesterday. Suppose to be near 40 today and high 40's to 50 the rest of the week. Bill

Bill, would like to comment on snow, as I lived 7 years in the U.P. However, it's 82 here in Jax, FL, and I am taking the motorcycle (not to be confused with a snowmobile) on a 117 mile jaunt (hopefully missing the forecasted rain this afternoon). Wish I was there (I lied). Beak

It was a very weird winter in Michigan. The lakes froze very very late due to a real hot fall. The lakes in my area have only thawd last week because Feb and March were so unbelievably cold. Strange weather...the last few years especially.
