The Spring team shoot is this Fri, Sat and Sun at the MTA home grounds in Mason, MI. You don't need a team to attend. Team shoot is Sunday and shooters without a team can be placed on one as teams are always looking for a shooter. Great fun.

Yeah but we all know that the weather man is only right 50% of the time. Besides that is why they make rain coats.

Remember Men shoot and woosies complain.

    BigDon :

I miss the Mason shoots, but I never been to the spring team one before. I will be happy to come to any of them this year, but I don't really know if I will or not. I just want to say Michigan "rocks" on everything from the shooter's point of view or at least mine because they start on time and get it done real fast where other states including mine are slower between events.

I have traveled an extra 350 miles 1 way just to attend the Michigan shoots in the past, instead of going to my own state shoots if that means anything of what I think about the way I was treated, but the main thing was the way the shoot was ran because in the past you better make sure you was ready to shoot at least 30 minutes before you thought you might be up on the board I guess other state shoot's get's them off track.

    Big Don:

We are busy writing the principal a note for the boys missing school on Friday. We're headed up tomorrow night, they need to shake some cobwebs out on Friday and Saturday if they want a chance to defend the sub-junior title from September. They are also good at cooking and washing dishes, so we have to bring them!

Joe I think this would qualify as a field trip. Explain to the school that the kids are studying how a solid object, which is launched at a definate speed and angle, would or could be broken by objects traveling at 1150 FPS. At what point does all this happen would be in the final anaylsis and report.

Typical Michigan weather... a temptress lures you out, blows in your ear, then turns frigid on you....
