Durand Sportsmans Club just voted to purchase 4 new Pat Traps and will be selling their Laporte 185 traps, which are between 10 and 15 years old. These machines throw doubles as well as single targets. Interested parties should contact club president Mike Sine at (989) 288-5606. We will be selling 3 sets of traps for sure and possibly a 4th.

I would assume they are the Twinlap Traps?

I thought Durand had Laporte 285 traps, not 185's...

Tom - the machines all say Laporte 185 on them.

27-M12 - not sure what Twinlap Traps are. There are 2 machines in each house.

BigM-Perazzi - we have been told they are worth between $2500 - $4000/set.

Mike and Nancy Sine are camped this week at Mason for the Great Lakes Grand and they are the ones to talk to for more specifics. These machines are in working order and are going to be moved.

It's strange they're marked 185-- not that it matters as long as folks understand they're the model with two turrets.

Tom - they definitely have two turrets. Thanks for the help, Tom!

How much are you selling those LaPort 285 ( two 185 on a single mount ) for? Are there any left? Do they new any repair? They still work and throw doubles?

We still have 4 houses (2 machines to a house) left to sale. A couple other clubs have expressed interest, but, as of now, nobody has come to look at the machines. We are asking $3000 for each house (set of 2 machines). We have one machine that is not working and we can either have it repaired or sell it as is. We could only throw singles out of that house, but the other 3 houses all threw doubles and are in good working order. They are no longer hooked up as we had to take them out to install our new Pat Traps.
