Lengthy read, but a telling tale indeed. Holy crap indeed - she's a dandy...tell me how you really feel after you read it all.

No, but she is a very social person, not one to spout class warfare like our fearless leader, hiding under the sofa on his bus.

I live in her district and she scares the hell out of me. Somebody should write a book of her quotes. If she wasn't serious, it would be funny as hell. I think it will be fairly easy to beat Obummer but not with her as the nominee.

"She believes that evolution is a theory that has “never been proven,” and that intelligent design should be taught in schools."

If you believe in "intelligent design"... then you should believe the "intelligent" one intended for Obama to be president.

If that is intelligent design then I want no part of it. Obama is president because the average voter is dumber than a box of rocks.

She like everyone else is entitled to her beliefs and opinions. When you take a job or win an election you leave your personal beliefs at home and do you job the best you in the manner your boss wants it done. Isn't that part of what American freedom is all about? Most of us have done exactly that all our lives and yet we don't want to believe anyone else will.

Well she believes that human elolution is an unproven theory ........

Okay then. Hopefully she won't squeek through the primary election - I really don't want four more years of the big O.

"I really don't want four more years of the big O." Neither do I, nor most of us on trapshooters. How do we get an electable candidate? The election depends on capturing independent voters.

Evolution proven? Really? So you honestly believe that we humans may be descended from lemurs, as proposed by Nat Geo in the provided url?

I don't think we are any closer to proving Darwinian evolution than we are to disproving creationism.

In fact, intelligent design makes more sense to me than either of them!

Again, science, religion is not the issue here. It is economic survivial of this country.

She is schooled as a tax attorney and knows first hand what a mess our country is in and what it takes to cure the problem.

If you are hung up on a non issue to the problem then vote for Obama. She is not going to force yout accept her God, anymore than John Kennedy did when the issue was "He's a Roman Catholic!!!" cry during the 1960 campaign.

Perry is very reglious too, are you going to tank him as well?

Darwin had a theory now it is taken as fact. Interesting reading at this web page.

Oh and to add, I don't believe I evolved from an ape but there are some that seem to have on ts.com. LOL JK

I don't believe we evolved from apes either- and if you were to study the subject, neither do the anthroplogists that are piecing our evolutionary path. What has been documented both through the study of artifacts and current species DNA study is that our species did have a common ancester with other hominids and apes.

There is actually hard evidence against creation but you probably don't have the desire to hear any it.

But the point is was trying to make and it seems almost pointless to try and get across here is that Michele Bachmann isn't a good choice because there just aren't enough voters out on the right wing fringes to win an election. If we want the big O out of the white house then we better have a candidate that will be accepted by the majority of the voters - ie not the ones on the fringe but the big mass right in the middle.

Wow, I don't really consider Michele Bachmann extreme right wing. I must really be far right.

imho, ms bachman suffers from the same problem christine o'donnell and what's her name angle from Nevada. One of the reasons both of those people lost elections is because they did not know when to shut up. and the things she says scare lots of voters.

She is a gay basher. If her stated views were limited to gay marrige, she would get by (at least for a couple more years) but her stated views are quite extreme and she is dumb enough to put them out there.

Dismissing C02 build-ups as just harmless gas is just really dumb.

Dismissing evolution is just as stupid. DNA research and evidence has already linked us to an extinct humanoid species (Neanderthal man) - and that is evolution. If you ever went to say Cozumel and noted the size of the dwellings, you would have to say that a bunch of hobbits from middle earth must have lived there. But no – people used to be very small – but not any more and that is human evolution. To ignore the eons of earth history and think in Biblical terms (shich is what an oral roberts grad would do) is really stupid.

She doesn't know spit about American history but is dumb enough to try and talk about it (American Revolution, founding fathers and slavery).

She hates government spending but has her hand out for farm subsidy money

She hates entitlement programs but her husband signs up to get Medicaid at his clinic.

By her own admission - she has claimed her greatest achievement in government is the light bulb bs.

And now we have this dribble coming out of her mouth "Under President Bachmann you will see gasoline come down below $2 a gallon again," Bachmann told a crowd Tuesday in South Carolina. "That will happen."

I have a dollar that says she could not get elected Governor of her own state let alone President of our country.
