Many have asked if the Michigan State shoot, June 28th thru July 3rd, was still going to be held. The answer is YES YES YES. Rick has been working his butt off on getting the grounds in shape and the debris cleaned up. Everything is a GO.

Thanks should go out to Aden Kaufman and Brad Dysinger for the announcements at the Ohio shoots that Michigan is up and running. Announcements were to be made in PA this week. So pass the word and come an enjoy one of the finest state shoots in the country.

Thanks to Rick and his crew the MTA grounds are always in great shape.

I hope none of his tree stands were damaged in those high winds...LOL....

I visited the grounds this week. Rick was working hard to repair the grounds and have it ready for the State shoot.

I would like to encourage everyone to make an effort to attend all or part of the upcoming Michigan State Shoot. "Targets in the air" will be the best repair. See you there. Roger

Great news. There was a lot of work to do as the damage was extensive. Good job by all those involved - and a big THANKS.

My plan is to head over to Mason and drop the 5th wheel right after the Ohio State shoot.

"Trapshooting is a lot of fun, but lead prices are going high, if you don't believe me, just ask Rick from Schanz Supply." LOL

See everyone at the State Shoot.

Roger not bad. Maybe trapshooting needs a new category for poets? Split that money up alittle.

According to the 2011 MTA program page 19, juniors and sub-juniors "may enter all events for one-half entry fees plus ATA and MTA fees. Those shooting at a reduced rate may not play any options."
