1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Belgium made, 99% (no flaws) except crosshairs in scope have dislodged slightly. May still shoot strate. But scoopes for these guns should not be an issue. $849 + actual UPS. Contact Jack@800-344-4840, cell 715-441-2384
Great gift for a kid or for you own plinking.

My brother had one of these when I was growing up. We had a few Nylon-66's around too. He probably still has it.

GREAT little rifle, and my DREAM GUN as a kid!

I still occasionally snuggle beneath the covers with my 1956 wheel-sight version.

I have one in excellent condition with the scope which came with it but don't have one of those cases. That would be like icing on the cake. LOL Jackie B.

Browning had scopes with there name on it. I sold a mint one to a Browning dealer at a gun show a year ago. He told me it was the scope that goes with the 22 rifle.

    rooferBob:

I don't know when this one was made, but I bought a brand new Browning 22 auto, like this one only without the scope, for my wife back in 1957 or 1958 when I was in the army at Ft Leonard Wood, MO serving at the request of my friends and neighbors. At least that is what the letter said when I was drafted. The rifle cost me less than $60 retail, including tax, from a Browning dealer. Of course the army was only paying $77 a month to privates back then. I still have that rifle. It also has the wheel rear sight mentioned in one of the earlier posts.

My father bought me one of this in 1959 at Sears, $69! The downward ejection was made for a lefty like me. The rear wheel sights were sighted-in for 50yds & 100yds if I remember correctly. Sold it after 5 years only to miss it terribly. The ones I have now are made by Miroku(fold-up rear sights). Chichay
