1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Jack, What is considered a big bore for these 870 Barrels?

These guns in early trim were usually .727. Later some .730+ showed up. Then for a few years back when they added the "long competition Forend" they jumped it up to .745. My bore mike is cranky. Really a good unit but it must have some stuff in the tube and I normally think I am off a couple of thousandths. I put a 391 note on your bolt closer thread.

The .745 when you can find one shoots very soft compared to the .727 originals.

I forgot to mention on the 870 post that this gun comes with a .033-.035 CT. It will be a long distance "One Pattern" is all you need gun.
