Memorial Day Week End Shoot, Mt. Morris, New York

    Mt. Morris Sportsman's Club, 2887 Swanson Road, Mt. Morris, New York will be having their annual Memorial Day Weekend Shoot on Saturday, May 25, 2013 and Sunday, May 26, 2013.

    The program will consist of 200 singles targets and 50 pair of doubles on Saturday, May 25th, and 200 handicap and 50 pair of doubles targets on Sunday, May 26th. Saturday's singles will also be shot for our Club Championship.

    Entries open at 8:00 a.m. on both days with shooting starting at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and approximately 9:30 a.m. on Sunday. There will be a special event on Sunday starting at 9:00 a.m. before the start of the handicap event. All orange white flyer targets will be thrown off of Pat-Traps. Doubles will be shot any time during the day off of the Doubles Trap House. Cost of targets are $24 per hundred plus $5.00 ATA and NYSATA fees.

    There will be no penalty yardage for the special event or the handicap championship.

    Mt. Morris Sportsman's Club will give away $100 to anyone breaking 200 in singles or 100 in handicap or doubles.

    Breakfast and lunch will be served. Camping is available but there is no electric or water hook up.

    Mt. Morris Sportsman's Club is located in Mt. Morris, New York approximately 35 miles south of Rochester, NY will easy access off of Interstate I-390.

    Looks like it will be a nice day to shoot at Mt Morris Sportsman's Club.

    I will be shooting at Cherokee Gun Club in Gainesville, GA with the Hollingsworth boys.
