Having trouble staion 1 crushing shells. Collet cleaned and set to clockwise for sizing minimum. Also is there a manual out there for a 9000H other then what comes with the unit? Shell will drop all the way with lifter out so it is open.

Check the Wad guide. If it is too low that may be your problem.

Make sure the fork that goes around the shell lifter is not binding on the shell lifter part way down. this can be caused by the wad guide adjustment. As the wad guide lowers it may be causing the lifter fork to offset slightly and stop the lifter from allowing the shell to fall all the way down.

Also sometimes a buildup of spent primers in the tray below the loader will cause the lifter to stop.

    I hope it helps.

File the opening of the shell guide lowering fork to give it a little more clearance, to do this remove the shell primer ejection seat that lowers the shell and pivot it out to gain access to file the fork and then reassemble.

The problem is probably over at the wad guide. The rod the wad guide is on is also the rod that drops the shell lifter. If the wad guide fingers are mangled, or the wad guide is too low, or the wad guide is not centered, you'll get crushed rims in station 1.

Yes check the wad guide and the collet for shot. You can be suprised that a small peice of shot is in the collet.

Check the wad guide. If it doest seat all the way your hull will not drop all the way into collect.
