MEC 9000 reloaders seized up

    Spray the sizing collet with a lubricant like Rem oil WD-40 etc. then take a soft face mallet and tap on the toggle linkage that operates the collet.

    You can also try to take the toggle link chain apart [take the clip off of the chain swivel and slide out the chain link] at the botton of the collet resizer.
    Most likely what has happened is the collet has siezed up with a piece of shot or something.
    If that does not work unhook the linkage that slides the charge bar back and forth.
