I am having trouble with AA shells wanting to push out on the end after reloading. Was wondering which crimp station I should adjust to correct the problem. I know the shells are not too full because it never happens with the sts or nitros.

Raise the pre-crimp-lower the final crimp. Try one, then the other.

Are you getting the wads seated past the lip of the basewad in the hull?

A Nitro or STS hull has slightly more capacity I usually use a downrange Xl-1, 1oz. because they have a little more room than a WAASL 1oz. when loading AAHS type hull.

Are they AAHS hulls? If so, they do have LESS capacity than Remingtons.
