    McCain says,

nanuk, find the video. its out there....hehehehehe...Its REAL.
I can spell just fine. I just cant type so well.

I can cut 'n paste really well!

"A bipartisan committee of Alaska legislators voted 12-0 on Friday to release a report stating that Gov. Sarah Palin broke state law in firing former public safety commissioner Walt Monegan.

The 263-page report finds that Monegan's refusal to fire Palin's former brother-in-law was a "contributing factor" in Palin's decision to remove Monegan from his post."

    Here are the key findings:

    Finding One

For the reasons explained in section IV of this report, I find that Governor Sarah Palin abused her power by violating Alaska Statute 39/52/110(a) of the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act. Alaska Statute 39.52.110(a) provides

The legislature reaffirms that every public officer holds office as a public trust, and any effort to benefit a personal or financial interest through official action is a violation of that trust.

    Finding Two

I find that, although Walt Monegan's refusal to fire Trooper Michael Wooter was not the sole reason he was fired by Governor Sarah Palin, it was likely a contributing factor to his termination as Commissioner of Public Safety. In spite of that, Governor Palin's firing of Commissioner Monegan was a proper and lawful exercise of her constitutional and statutory authority to hire and fire executive branch department heads.

SKJ, those are YOUR words, not cut and pasted from any article, and they are wrong. In the paragraph immediately above your advice to "USE THE GOOGLE," which IS a direct cut and paste from the original article, it states that the report found the firing of Monegan was "proper and lawful".

It's nice that you two escaped from daycare. For some reason you think you can play with adults.

sjk; admitting that you are a part of ACORN is more proof that you are the village idiot. I think if you check you will find there are a couple of NFL teams that have not been registered to vote yet. Or maybe you could get your 1st grade class registered.

The thing that disturbs me is that so many men and women have given their lives so that young stupid idiots like you can run your mouths. You deserve the total lack of respect you get.
