    It would be interesting to know something about Mr. Ricketson, his history with the gun club etc.

    He was one of the founding members of the club that died from cancer at a rather young age 52 comes to mind. I can't remember the date but it has been a while. Actually before I stated shooting there, I never knew him. Mongo/David may know more.

    Oliver was a very unselfish person. Gave 110% to make sure the club was in running condition & made sure the shooters were taken cared of. He'd not shoot so he could score, pull, load (there were hand loaded westerns & no voice calls back then). His reward was to see the shooters happy, in his mind it was all about them.

    I never knew or met him, but his "giving" nature is something to celebrate & I'm glad to every year.
