I have 7 sets of Decot lenses & there is not a one of them I really like. My eyes hurt from bright sunlight, I squint with light yellow, nothing works in green tree background, etc. Been thinking about a pair of rose colored Maui Jims, has anyone tried them for shooting?

I have sevral pairs for spotting fish, driving and just plain old sunglasses. I think you could do far worse. The regular decots are not for me. I wore the international style and found them to be far more to my liking then the other more populure styles. Jeff

I would check on impact resistance. Find some shooting glasses with polarized lens.

For Orange targets and bright sun I like the Randolph Ranger CMTs

CMTs are great for bright days and tree background for me.

I also like Plum, and Dark Orange lenses, I probably have 10 sets of Rx lenses
of different colors, I use the Clear ones a lot.

On bright days I will shoot with my Maui Jims. I shoot with the grey polorized lens. I don't like colored lenses i.e. orange, pink, etc.

I have 2 pair of Decots. One pair is clear lens for dark days and nites. The other pair has 2 lenses. One lens is light polorized lens and the other is dark polorized lens.

There are times when I just shoot with My Maui Jims, and those are dark Polorized grey.

    Hope this helps,
    Andy

I use the Maui Jims rose color as well, being color blind, it lights
up the orange on the target against the green background of the trees at our club,
during sunny days, works great, no so well at dusk, plus the nose
piece does not does to come into sight when ready to shoot, unlike
my other shooting glasses, as said before just my 2 cents worth
