Noticed two small radiusd marks by the bottom firing pin hole on my Kolar today. There are two, one at top of the firing pin hole and one at bottom of same hole, they are about as wide as the hole itself and appear to have a slight radius like a shell base?

Is this normal? Its an early gun and hasn't been shot much.Lever way to the right. It seams to have shown up after using fed gun club shells. Steel base?
    Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Steel base heads will drag while closing the gun. This will result in marking the breech face.

Don't worry about it. Mine is the same way on my Max Ta. Also on my Perazzi. has done it on every gun while shooting steel headed shells.

    Hope this helps,
