I would like to make a handful of adjustable comb posts of varying heights. I don't have a lathe or access to one. Is anyone aware of any ready-made material that could be usable as is, or cut to length? I can counterbore/countersink as needed, but I don't have any way of drilling the hole dead center in the post.

    Any help appreciated...

Contact Ken at speedbump stockworks and pay him to make some. Less headache and they aren't that expensive.
