John Smith started the day early having set his alarmclock
    (MADE IN JAPAN )
    for 6 am ..

    While his coffeepot

    (MADE IN CHINA)

was perking, he shaved with his

    electric razor

    (MADE IN HONG KONG)

    He put on a

    dress shirt

    (MADE IN SRI LANKA),

    designer jeans

    (MADE IN SINGAPORE)

    and

    tennis shoes

    (MADE IN KOREA)

After cooking his breakfast in his new

    electric skillet

    (MADE IN INDIA)

    he sat down with his

    calculator

    (MADE IN MEXICO)

to see how much he could spend today. After setting his

    watch

    (MADE IN TAIWAN )

    to the radio

    (MADE IN INDIA )

    he got in his car

    (MADE IN GERMANY )

    filled it with GAS

    (from Saudi Arabia )

    and continued his search

for a good paying AMERICAN JOB.

At the end of yet another discouraging

    and fruitless day

    checking his

    Computer

    ( made in MALAYSIA ),

John decided to relax for a while.

    He put on his sandals

    (MADE IN BRAZIL ),

    poured himself a glass of

    wine

    (MADE IN FRANCE )

    and turned on his

    TV

    (MADE IN INDONESIA ),

and then wondered why he can't

    find a good paying job

    in AMERICA

AND NOW HE'S HOPING HE CAN GET HELP FROM A PRESIDENT

    MADE IN KENYA

    Go figure!

Thank the lobbyist who are paid millions to sway our government officials to screw the US citizen. There should be the same import tax imposed on their goods as we have to pay in export taxes on our goods to their country.

Fortunately I only drink wine made in California. Perhaps the box it comes in is made in China though.

When the 1896 depression hit, the president imposed a 47% tarrif on imports. By 1901 the depression was over and everyone was back to work.

I keep hearing from all the politations about jobs. Jobs, jobs jobs. Well Daaaa.
Hell everyone that wants a job knows we need jobs. But from none of the politations will give you a reason or a plan on how to creat jobs.
Jobs are created by the public sector. With supply and demand. But the huge large gaints clobber the little guy by manufacturing in foreign countries and import in such huges quanitites that the small business cannot compete. The small business does not have the resourses to manufacture over seas to get that slave labor. Untill the playing field is evened up with the giants and the small business that are able to play by the same rules we will never have enough jobs for the different ages.
Young engineers comming out of college hoping to start at 60,000 year find that India are doing most of the United States engineering for 20,000 a year over the computer.

The giants us the taxpayers R&D money to develope products. Then the product when proven is moved to the production line. Once production is proven then it is moved to overseas cheap labor to produce and sell back to the taxpayers that furnished the money for the birth of the product. Talk about being walked on and laughed at by the giants and politations. Nobody even thinks about that.

So until people start to think how the money is always munipulated right in front of their eyes things won't change. Wild Bill
