Ever since the DNR took over the sale of "Official" grand shirts, they've been mighty scarce. The only place that I've been able to get them, since Vandalia, is to buy them from the trap help on the day that they are given them. You can usually get them for about 5.oo each.

The ones I got say "President Ray Greb" on there. Didn't have any trouble finding them...in the big bins on the wall.

You'll just have to go back this year if you want the President Neil Winston edition.

Yeah, the Wonder Dog does the graphs and the charts. Same thing with Tron and his side kick, the cat. Kitty coached him through the barrel bending exercise.

If you had an extra cigar, you could be Andy Longs friend for life. Seldom remembered your name but remembered the good cigar.

Find me at the Grand this year, Drew, and Kyra will gladly present you with an autographed T-shirt in your size and color choice. Use the message feature here on TS.com; we'll get it right this year!

    Okay!

I let a few of those "wonder dog" wise cracks slide. But enough is enough!

I have e-mailed my favorite MOD, Whiz White, and asked him to discipline the offenders with a rolled up copy of the ATA By-Laws.

Mr. Jerry B, I will autograph your behind with a set of teeth marks if you don't mind you manners toward my Trap Daddy.

Mr. Drew, for a large bag of beef jerky I will arrange for you to have a tee shirt in EVERY color, through my contacts with Singh, who has contacts with the manufacturing plant.

I got one, and he autographed it for me! Any bids on it 'fore it goes to the
    Smithsonian? Happy Easter! Rick Gibbs
(Note no paw prints or bite marks. Kyra was not in waiting that am.)

I read this thread to Kyra last evening so she could jot some notes in her dayplanner for August. But in the late-night I was wakened by the telltale click of claws on a keyboard. I never disturb her when she's doing this - a girl need some privacy when updating her blog or profile on Myspace, after all.

Still, I thought I'd better check. Maybe she'd been cleaning up the grammar and punctuation on my posts or ordered a truckoad of filet; who knows?

All I found was a new entry in my "sent mail" box, addressed to Singh and his clothing company, suspiciously encrypted. Ron Baker broke the code for me, and here's what I found

OK, this is _not_ the 2008 Grand Logo. But . . .

Neil, you ought to be ashamed; making her use a dayplanner is so low tech. She deserves at least a "Blackberry".

I would rather have a blackberry pie.

Okay, so the secret is out.

Please vote for your choice for the logo.
    K-9 version?
    Or plain version?
