Lyman Sight Help

    Could some one please help ID what this Lyman sight is for. It is 2 7/8" long by 1 3/8" wide. The holes are 1 7/8" long center to center and 7/" center to center. The only marking on it is MADE BY " LYMAN" MIDDLEFIELD, CONN. USA. aNY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS AGAIN

    sx1skeet.....What you have is a new-in-the-box Lyman sight for a 1921 or 1928 Thompson sub machine gun. It was certainly a case of overkill but Colt always did things right.
