    Lubricating locking

What's the proper way to lube the locking "pins" or whatever ya'callem on the Beretta 687? I just took a little good gun grease and sort'a swirled a little around inside the mating holes on the rear of the barrels (monoblock). Am I doing it about right? Too little and the pins stick in the holes, too much just seems to make a greasy mess, just the right amount seems to work OK but???how do ya'll do it?

3 drops of Breakfree CLP on each side will do the job just fine....Dan Thome (Trap2)
