Can anyone explain to me why such low scores are shot @ Evergreen even at the State shoot?

Bet they used the black rimmed birds too. You know the ones, just the tops painted.

The targets were slow if they were 44mph. Normal 2 hole targets are 48-50 mph. BRGII

Let me know where you shoot so I can avoid shooting any targets you might set.

42 mph (that's a speed not a distance) is what the book calls for, so the reference to 44 mph (again, speed not distance) was indicating they were a little fast.

48-50 yards (that's a distance, not a speed) is correct in still air.

Please note, this is about the PITA Washington State Shoot held out of Olympia, not the ATA shoot that was held last month across the State in Spokane.

Both organizations are strong in our State and we are lucky to have them both. No surprize, many shooters who win events in one also win in the other.

If we had oil we would be like Iraq with the Sunni and the Shiites.
