I wonder what happened to all of the shooters they were saying they had presquaded ..? Seems like only 60 of them showed up ... No wonder you couldn't get a straight answer out of the guy who was responding for them on here ... Steve will get it jump started if they let him ... The guy who was responding said they had 150 shooters tentively signed up and spots were filling fast, wonder what happened ..? With 12 squads they should be done by noon and back in the Casino early ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

The shooters may not be plentiful, however the quality is great

this is a fun place to shoot and having a great time

Gary and His crew are doing what ever it takes to keep the shooters happy

This mourning during the Our National Anthem fighter jets flew over

Never had that at a shoot. The shoot was cancled by Clark County due to winds in excess of 40 MPH

We are to shoot 300 & 300 the next 2 days to compensate.

Talk is it will be the same week next year

God Willing I would come back

Meet some great people and my wife is having a great time
(Note: if Mama is not happy, no one is happy)

excess of 40? We had that all weekend in Lewistown. Never shut anything down. Even shot the Dbles. I remember one shoot a few years ago when we had sustained wind in the 50 mile per range and one gust to 60. shot then too.

    Paul,

I didn't mean it the way you obviously took what I said ... I asked Gary several times about how many shooter were pre squaded just to get an idea of numbers because I had plans on attending with a Buddy of mine ... The answers I got indicated they had over 150 and filling up fast ... That didn't really matter but deception in any form does ... I asked a question and expected an honest answer whatever it might of been or I wouldn't of asked it ... If thats how they are going to do business they will go to hell in a hand basket in a damn quick hurry because people want and have a right to know so they can plan accordingly ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

I doubt Steve Carmichael will need any help running the larger shoots at Las Vegas. Steve is known for running some of the best shoots in the west so I think many shooters are just waiting for Steve to get things up and running.

When Steve was running the show, you didn't have to ask because you knew it would be jammed packed with shooters ... If by chance you did ask Steve would tell you and you could put it in the bank ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

Does anyone know if the County is going to do away with the 'User Agreement' concept and allow Mr. Carmichael to actually produce tournaments?

Was that a serious comment? They actually cancelled a shoot due to winds? I've never seen that happen before, even with 40mph+ winds. Maybe not too many shooters would take part, but why cancel?

I made the 27 shooting in Lethbridge. I shot a 93 that day when 70's and low 80's were the norm. I really wondered why everyone was missing.

You getting any rain out of this storm Ron?
