Looking for an 1100/1187 trap stock

    You can also use a Remington 1187 plain walnut stock meant for a cantilever scope barrel slug gun. It's close in dimensions to a monte carlo trap stock, but is slightly shorter in length (a fraction of an inch). I've bought a couple of these direct fom Remington. They're half the price of a new trap stock.<br>

    Good tip, Brian. I never realized that about the cantilever scope mount deer gun stock. My guns have straight stocks except for one 870. But I'll keep that in mind!
