1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Nice guns and rare as hens teeth...good luck on that! I have the Marlins in 375Win and its one neat caliber...the only Savage 99 I own is a 250-3000 and its a dandy too...in 7mm-08 it ought to be as close to a perfect deer rifle as I could ever imagine...if it isnt obvious yet..I love lever actions

I don't care for lever guns (wrong!)

The ratty 1894 has harvested more venison than I can remember.

The incredibly efficient and underloaded 35 Rem. The 200 gr bullet can be pushed over 2200 fps at 42,000 PSI, the pressure for which the Marlin and Winchester are designed.

The 20" barreled 30/30 pushes a 150 gr bullet at about the same speed, using real world loads in real world guns.
