    So sorry..that movie was probably rated R and I wasn't old enough..my mommy and daddy would not let me watch it

    The name of the song is "Everybody's Talkin" Words and music written by Fred Neil, and sung by Harry Nilsson. He only used his last name of Nilsson back then. Wayne
