When I shipped a shotgun recently to CA, the FedEx guy told me it had to go overnight. Was this correct or is that just for handguns?

    Thanks, Joe

    Just for handguns.

    Long guns can go ground.

Do the shipping on-line. Take the package to a manned FedEx counter. They will give you a receipt when you drop it off. No problems.

Too late. That's not what I was told. I think I will stop by and pay them a visit. Will bring paperwork.
