Couple of shooters. The one with skeet wood is my regular SC gun.

If anybody is interested I have a a field model 28 in.vr modified in good shape for sale for $425.00.-- Don't know how to do the picture thing.-- Bought it to build up a trap gun but was out of work for 5 mo. due to injury and trying to catch up on a few things.

In my area of the country when this gun was introduced it was only $75.00 more than an 1100 trap gun. It was only $75.00 more but that is what kept sales down.

My friends that own them love them. I have owned only one trap grade but I had trouble cycling the 2nd shell in doubles. With that being said, I could shoot the gun really well. The only other problem I has was the rib by the front bead would come loose.

Some day I will purchase another one.

If only they'd have made them for us lefties. Probably the closest to a Kolar/Krieghoff level of quality in a semi-auto that ever was.
