I would like to use lead tape to add some weight inside the forearm of my top single and was wondering where to get some. Or is there a better way.

    Thanks

dunno how much weight you want to add, but if its only a few ounces, these may work

Slik, What you want is lead tape from a golf or tennis store. Unfortunatly, it won't do much good inside the fore-end. You need to apply it out on the end of the barrel. It doesn't take much to make a difference in swing weight or feel. Bob

Thanks guys, some good info. I wanted to add about 8-10 ozs. I like the watch idea the best, I will be looking for a used gold Rolex.

Whoa slik, 8oz is a lot of weight. 4 in front of the forearm makes a big difference.

johnny- You are right. Eight oz is a lot of weight to add. It is almost half a pound. It would really change the gun feel.
