Lead price spiked this morning

    Lead spikes $0.3773/lb this morning. Anyone know why.

    I heard it was because a bunch of people bought so the price went up.

    Gold was up a few days ago 800. plus. Some guy bid oil up to 100., then sold it for less. Seems he wanted to be first. Big ego id say.

    Typical ups and downs of the markets. ( I hope)

    Im sure Hillary has answers......... NOT

    Uh oh ... they have seen that trap shooters began to stock up a few months ago and we created a demand that caused them to increase the price.

    With today┬┤s ridiculous lead prices I am going to have to start producing my own shot, prices are just silly and I am not about to quit shooting.

    Lead has been going down as was predicted this Fall. It even dipped below $1.00 per pund in interday trading a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully, this "blip" is temporary and the price will continue to decline.

    went to recob in prarie du sac wisconsin yesterday paid 35.99 for 25 lbs bought 100 lbs of number 8 shot owner said he believes shot will drop $5.00 per 25 lbs in about 2 months

    This may give a better indication on what is happening with lead. This is a worldwide chart.

    Any hickups in the world with supplies at this level will assure price swings.
