I've never seen a trigger like that one, could someone identify it's history/style.

The trigger on my model 32 is thin or narrow, I'd like to have one a little wider, not sure if I'd want one as wide as that one but I'd like to see what it feels like.

Did/does Krieghoff offer a selection of trigger styles?

That's a beautiful looking piece I bet you hate to part with it.

You can look at 10 San Remo's and see 10 different engraving patterns, just go to Dupont's website. Jeff

actually with 731 it is not a san remo as they didnt identify engraving patterns as such with those early guns as they were essentially ordered with individual engraving patterns and the dimensions of the receivers could be different

there are a number of early barrels that the front barrel hanger is fixed and cant be changed- but the barrel on this one may not be one of those or could be a barrel added on later

    regards

What is the wood like on this gun? The receiver looks nice , but can't see the reminder of the gun. What was the reason for having a San Remo Nickled plated? Can you send additional pictures?

Actually GN7's is an incorrect (.) idiot as usual. This receiver has the typical San Remo layout of ducks on one side and pheasants on the other side. How more San Remo'ish can you get.

    antidote- whatever

call Krieghoff and ask them if they had a "san remo" pattern in guns below 1000

    they didnt-

I did not say it was not like a san remo-- but I said it looked different to me- and when he gave the serial number that explained it- plus really the pictures are a little indistinct- and make the engraving appear shallow--

also guns below 1000 are usually discounted significantly- right or wrong - in the market place

    regards from Iowa

Actually you said "it is not a san remo". And, all the cast frame 32's are discounted significantly,, not just the ones under S/N 1000.

    Antidote

and I said nothing about cast frames- because you dont know what you are talking about

antidote--- there simply did not exist standard pattern such as san remo at that time

and the engraving appears pretty light and squashed but that could be the lighting

try to become educated before you start an argument on this guys thread

G7,,,, Actually you said "it is not a san remo". And, when you mentioned serial numbers less than 1000, you were talking about cast frames. Do your home work.
