    Our customer requested that we post these photos of his new stock and forend. The wood is American Walnut supplied by Ernie Ross. It has a great feather and I hope that the customer is pleased. Thank you for looking,

    The stock has alot of toe out ands offset.

    The forend had a great color match as Ernie cut the blank extra large to get both pieces out of the same blank

    That's a lot of positive [I meant negative, really] pitch on the butt pad, isn't it? Is it built for an unusual gun mount?

    Danny,

    That is negitive pitch on the stock to fit a large chest and big pocket. It was made that way to fit and help him to hold the barrel vertical and not make the stock beat the face. We have built quite a few this way to conform to the shooter and their body shape.

    It is a great job you did on my stock. People who see it say it looks unusual until they mount it and find how comfortable and well fit it truly is. The pictures don't do it justice and it is even better out in the sun. I enjoyed our visit.
