The choke tube in my Kolar TS acts like it wouldn't take much for it to become stuck. Any experiences or remedies?

Had same problem with a K-80 factory choke. Called Ottsville, sen old choke and received a new one w/o charge. Call Kolar.

Try using the brass brush mounted in a drill w/tube out to clean threads, and brush the choke tube threads, then lube the tube w/good grease and see if it screws in easily. If not try a new or another tube and see if you have the same results.

From time to time my Kolar tubes get like that ... a good cleaning brings them back to normal. Bill Malcolm
