1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I am trying to find a Kimber "Custom" rimfire 22 pistol. Does anyone know of a large kimber dealer that I could contact to see if he could find one.

    thanks

i have one of these and because it is made out of aluminum, i find it too light and you cannot use the frame for anything else. you might be better off with kimber conversion unit on a 1911 frame.
    p.s.
i do have a kimber eclipse II in 45 acp with matching 22 conversion unit.

Do the conversion unit. Same weight, same trigger, cheaper bullets.

Thanks for the information guys. I had thought I wanted the 22 rimfire super, but mayabe not now. What kimber model and what caliber would you buy to put the 22 conversion on?

A Marvel conversion unit on a 1911 is extemely accurate and you can put it on about any 1911. Most of the other units are ok on accuracy but the Marvel is match grade.

Marvel has their own website. Also, any gunshop can order them. I ordered a Kimber conversion from my gunshop for my Team Target II.

    Look at MarvelPrecision.com, or AdvantageArms.com, or KimberAmerica.com, for 1911 .22 conversion units. Phil E
