If 13 guns is a "huge arsenal", I guess that makes my collection a super colossal huge-by-large arsenal.

"Arsenal" is one of the most abused and overused media buzz words.

'The monster want out': Mentally ill killer amassed huge arsenal, police say

By Matthew DeLuca, Staff Writer, NBC News

A Minnesota man who killed his mother with a shotgun and who has a history of mental illness managed to amass a personal arsenal in recent years, according to court documents.

In early January, police arrived at the home of Christian Philip Oberender to find the 32 year old in possession of 13 guns, including an AK-47, shotguns, and a Tommy gun, according to a complaint filed in Carver County’s 1st Judicial District Court on January 9.

Jerbear, I am now convinced the second amendment should not apply south of the mason Dixon line.

And because jokes can sometimes be hard to readily identify in print.... This is one!

Remember under slick willie's watch, the liberals claimed anyone with a thousand rounds of ammo, THEY considered THAT is what made up a "arsenal"

My teenagers at the time had more then that just in 22 lr ammo!!

Those same Idiots are still in power, Schumer,Fienstien,Boxer,Hillary,Reid,Polisi

    Wonders never cease!!

They are still ignorant after all these years!

Kind of like the word "Confiscation" is used by the radicals, to create deception.

And "infringed" is the most ignored.

Rick, do you think that a magazine falls under the definition of "arms"? I personally do not.

How can one misinterpret infringed, except through deception.

I was referring to it in the context of which we are discussing it from.

If the new laws are deemed Constitutional, they can't infringe on the rights of that constitution, correct? So, the word infringement may be used as a misinterpretation of the law.

Yea, I have to remind myself the SCOTUS once deemed slavery as constitutional.

And who just last year said the.government fine/tax me, if I don't buy health insurance.

Arms, under any definition, equal the lock, stock, barrel, flint, powder, and lead. To bear arms meant to carry everything necessary to make the gun go boom. Magazines most definitely are part of the arm. The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed means to not restrict any part of the arm that is necessary to make the gun go boom. So, any law or regulation that impacts or restricts any part of the arm is infringement, and not allowed under the second amendment.
