Zardozforty, sorry for the omission, vets will get the same awards as the
ladies and juniors. Vets and senior vets are one.
Free lunch each day compliments of Randy Asbill, also, there will be a
free BBQ Saturday after event 2 prepared by Randy Mitchell and Allen Tomasini.
Please feel free to bring a side dish or dessert.

For those of you who are concerned about the black targets, they really
show up good now that all of that dark green background has turned the light
    color of dead weeds.

    Zardozforty,
From the north take the Hwy. 43 exit, the next one south of Hwy 58. Turn right & you'll be heading south for about 1 mile. You'll come to a signaled intersection with a Shell station on the SW corner. Continue south for a little over 1 mile & you'll see the sign for the club on your right. Take the frontage road that parallels the campground of the lake for about 1.5 miles west to the club house.

Zard, wish I felt up to attending too since I haven't shot at their new club. I did break my very first hunnert at the old club with the oil wells in the background!

What is it that makes the new club tougher to shoot good scores? Background and visibility? Winds? The toughest place to shoot high scores I've ever shot was the Apple Valley GC in Victorville,CA. Now that's a tough place to see the targets because of the different colors of rocks in the background!! You hafta really pay full attention to every target there!! :)
